Shipping policy

All products are typically shipped within 2 business days from the time payment is received. Items are shipped from Brisbane, Queensland and will generally take 3 - 5 business days once shipped (please note for our WA, SA and Tasmania customers that shipping is 5 - 7 business days). If your product does not arrive within 7 - 10 days of ordering, please contact us. All orders are sent using Australia Post.
